1. Promotional Offer
The Rug Event – 15% Off + Free Shipping*, offer (the "Offer") is valid from 6th March to 9th March 2026 at 11:59 PM (the "Offer Period"). During this Offer Period, customers will receive up to 15% Off on qualifying items, applied automatically at checkout on Easterly’s website. *Free Shipping on Rug Orders over $999*

2. Eligibility and Discount Application

  • The Rug Event Sale discount will be automatically applied to eligible items at checkout.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, special offer, or trade/commercial customer discount, unless explicitly stated.
  • The discount does not apply to shipping costs or other fees.

3. Exclusions
The following products and items are excluded from the Offer unless otherwise stated:

  • Clearance items / Floorstock items
  • Ethnicraft branded products
  • Gift card purchases (digital or physical)
  • Trade or commercial customer orders (unless otherwise specified)
  • Other exclusions may apply at Easterly's discretion.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • If you wish to return a product from a qualifying order on which the Blackout Sale was applied, the refund will be based on the amount of the returned product(s), minus the discount received.
  • All returns must be processed in accordance with Easterly's standard Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
  • Please note: The Rug Event Sale is not refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

5. Easterly’s Rights

  • Easterly reserves the right to verify the validity of the Rug Event Sale applied to your order.
  • Easterly may, at its sole discretion, cancel any orders or refuse fulfillment of orders if it is determined that the discount code has been used by a non-qualifying customer, or the Offer has been abused.
  • Easterly reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this Offer at any time during the Offer Period without prior notice.

6. General Terms
This Offer is subject to Easterly's General Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery Terms and Returns Policy
  • By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Easterly's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Offer End Date
The Rug Sale Event Offer ends at 11:59 PM on 9th March 2026. Any orders placed after this date and time will not be eligible for the Offer.
