At Easterly, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible! That's why we provide you with all the information you need about lead times for our products.

For Shipping prices please proceed to checkout or enter your shipping postcode to the shipping estimate on product pages.

Lead Times: When you browse our website, you'll find that each product comes with a lead time. This means you'll know exactly when to expect your item to leave our warehouse. Transparency is key!
Quick Dispatch: If the item is in stock, it'll be on its way to you within a short amount of time.
Important Note: Please remember that the lead times provided are based on when the item will be dispatched, not when it will be delivered.

Standard Delivery Information:

Delivery Location: Ground floor or front door only.
Assistance: You may need to assist with heavy items.
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Procedure: If you're not home, the driver will leave the item in a safe place.
Exclusions: Delivery does not include upstairs or elevator delivery, placement inside the home, assembly, or rubbish removal.

Standard Pick Up Information:

Pick Up Location: 2 Winki Way, Torquay VIC 3228
Pick Up Days: Pick Up is Strictly Monday to Friday 10.30am - 4.30pm ONLY (No Weekends or Public Holidays)
Pick Up Procedure: Please Call ahead, we will make sure your item is ready for collection, Our warehouse is unmanned - Any "Pick Up" request requires you to be able to load the item/order into your car/trailer or chosen transport method.
