Can I change my order?

easterly may be able to facilitate changes to orders if we have the stock in hand, and we have notification prior to shipping. You should contact us immediately by phone 1300 22 3228 or email us at sales@easterly.com.au. Please be aware that cancelling orders of bulky goods such as furniture and special orders will incur a minimum 25% cost of the cancelled order.

Can I use a discount code on my order?

If you have a valid discount code, you MUST use it once you get to your cart. Click on the discount code section on the left.Enter your code in the box [ ] .If you do not enter the discount code at this time, the discount will not be applied. What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty item or an item damaged in transit, please email us at sales@easterly.com.au and provide the order number, the name of the faulty item and full details of the fault (including photos if possible).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an item that you did not order, please email us at sales@easterly.com.au and send us a photo of the courier ticket and carton, so we can get this corrected for you quickly.

How can I be sure that I purchased my product correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order which will include your personal details and product details. If you do not receive this email, please email us at sales@easterly.com.au or call us on 1300 223 228

Easterly offers one year to three year warranties on its products. Warranties will vary depending on the product. Warranties cover any manufacturing defects or faults. They are valid from the date of the order, and by the original purchaser only. Warranties exclude and do not cover any wear and tear or damage caused by use. Warranties also exclude the users failure to follow proper care instructions. Any lightbulbs supplied with the purchase do not fall under any warranty. Warranties do not preclude any statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We take great care in ensuring that our products are accurate, however please note that colours can vary from computer to computer. Please be aware when purchasing any of our timber products, colouring in timber products are likely to vary as each piece of timber is unique and special. There is likely to be variation in grain, colour and knots. For more information regarding timber, please read our timber disclaimer under terms and conditions.

Will the delivery drivers take the packaging away or assemble the products?

Some products will require some level of assembly, if you’re unsure be sure to contact us on 1300 22 3228 or email us at sales@easterly.com.au. The drivers will not assemble the products. The delivery drivers will also not take the packaging away. Please be aware that if the products need to be returned, they need to be returned in their original packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging until the product is assembled and inspected.

Some of our products do require assembly and are sent flat packed to minimise damage in transit. If you’re unsure about a certain product us be sure to email us sales@easterly.com.au or give us a call 1300 223 228 and we’ll be able to help you out!
